The Spring term at HELBUS will start on January 7th, 2014 with a fascinating management course called “Working with and Leading People”. After this course learners will be able to use recruitment methods, understand the styles and impacts of leadership, be able to work effectively in teams and be able to assess their work and that of others. Important tools of the trade for all who work with people! This three-week course is delivered by Dr. Marie-Line Germain from the University of South Carolina.
