Are you interested in teaching business subjects at HELBUS? HELBUS needs qualified exceptional business professionals with sound teaching experience on a regular basis. We have positions for flying faculty teaching three-week intensive courses, fully online teaching as well as modules that require residency in Finland.

Our general requirements are the following:

  • Excellent English language communication skills
  • Teaching and assessment experience of the subject at Bachelor’s or Master’s level

Please note in your application that we especially value the following:

  • Practice area experience and contacts in industry
  • Formal teaching qualifications
  • Experience in the UK higher education sector and/or Higher National Diploma
  • Student-centred approach and active learning methods
  • Proficiency in virtual learning environments such as Moodle, Blackboard, Turnitin

    Our first and second year modules are delivered in 3-week intensive sessions, whereas the third year and Master's are taught semester wide, requiring an established base in Finland. Please indicate what would work best for you.
