Penelope Roux (left) is our new programme leader for the Pearson-accredited Higher National Diploma in Business programme. The HNDB programme corresponds to the first two years of the Bachelor’s degree. Penny’s task is to take care of the daily management of the programme, the recruitment and orientation of instructors, and the internal quality assurance required by Pearson. Penny has a versatile background as an instructor in Bachelor’s and Master’s programmes in several different educational organisations in Finland.

Pauliina Virtanen (right), a BBA graduate, joined the HELBUS team in May. She takes care of student admissions, is responsible for surveys of HELBUS programmes, and participates in diverse tasks in marketing and sales. Pauliina is a HELBUS alumni having studied the HNDB programme.
